looking at a Ruger sr9 what ss top black polymer bottom what is a good price?

I just bought a Ruger 9e a month ago for $250 from Sportsmans Warehouse and it is a terrific firearm. Shooting it side by side with G-19 they handle and shoot the same just with different grips. Look like the are about $300. https://www.gunsmidwest.com/ru...-luger-17-sh-fs.html

I had a fellow at work trying to sell his for $400. They're a $200 to $250 gun around here as well.
