Will it also work on a new M11A1...which is a P229 as I understand it? The mags that came with my M11A1 read P229-1. Rod

A .40 cal exchange kit will work on any .40cal frame which would be true for a 229-1 M11A1. Normal a tiny few don't and need fitting so exceptions apply, but Sig should solve any of those.
