WOW, WOW, WOW. Thanks for sharing, she sure is purdy. How does she shoot? 38 Super or 9mm.

It's a 9mm. It shoots like a dream. Best in my collection. Better than my Sig X5/X6. All I think of now is "get more Volkmann Presision" Big Grin

Here's a one I built of of a PSA frame and slide they sold before their complete guns were for sale.

And Here's my Dan Wesson:

There's a theme to a 1911's "classic" good looks. Don't get too fancy, pick dark or light, and put some nice wood grip panels on it.

Not the best lighting in this shot - Les Baer Thunder Ranch Special in its original blue finish with elephant ivory grips. Leather by Milt Sparks.

The blue finish is finally starting to show some wear in spots.

Another Baer, this one a Concept VI with some custom touches that include a Stan Chen magwell. Not a pic I took, but from the ad I recently purchased it from.

I’ve been wanting a full-size 1911 in stainless for a while now.

"Oil-slick black" would have been a better name maybe lol.

Some great eye-candy in this thread for sure! Smile

I do like the Duty Black finish. Every time we get a Valor in the finish I will say 'this should be the one'. Instead I let it go to the floor and one of our customers gets to enjoy it instead.

Maybe someday.

Fusion 6" 10mm. I actually have a matched 5" .45 slide for it. Just swap out the ejector.

Winner, of the ones I'm able to see at the office.

This is a Kimber Series 1. It was issued NIB to a friend of mine who carried it as his duty gun for nearly 20 years. I’ve replaced all the springs with Wilson’s flat wire springs. I keep on thinking about having it bead blasted but there is something about the honest wear on it that I really like. The trigger is superior to a P210.
