having shot about 3000 rounds of 9mm ammo in the past 3 months I decided to try blazer brass & federal ammo. After comparing the ammos it is AMAZING how FILTHY WWB is!it leaves unburned powder and all kinda of crap inside the gun! I shot the same amount in federal and blazer brass and it had NO unburned power flakes and not NEAR as much grime. WWB at walmart is 19 a box (100 pack) and Blazer brass is 9.50 bucks for 50. definitely getting BB from now on...

Haha white box defintely leaves a lot of unburned particles in my sig as well.
But it does have a purpose I guess, it's cheap and I don't get any failures with it in my Sig, it's just dirty as hell.
*However the hammer spring in my .38 (Smith J Frame) is a bit on the weak side and I have had a few failure to fires with the WWB whereas I had zero of them shooting over 150 rounds of Speer GD and Remington GS. (of course I doubt with a new spring this would still happen.)

Yep WWB is pretty dirty and smokey and generally uses harder primers.

I still shoot it, but shooting it back to back with BB or AE, or even UMC, you really see the difference.

Unfortunately Wally WOrld doesn't carry BB in 9mm around here.

Try CCI Blazer aluminum. It's just as good and reliable as CCI Blazer Brass but costs less. www.natchezss.com has it for $7.99 a box.

unfortunately with shipping it ends up being more than local blazer brass. No one has aluminum around here.

The Fiocchi deal mentioned over in the Billy Bob Section is a far better deal than WWB or Alum CCI and just as good a product (if not better) than Blazer Brass.

I was going to use WWB but saw blazer on the shelf for 8.86 a box of 50. Went with blazer! Still waiting to get my gun back from sig so I haven't shot any yet.

Blazer brass, WWB, it's all good for me!

The only problems I have is with WWB .45 ball, my 1911 can't hit the broadside of a barn with the stuff. Shoots everything else great.

I see it as extra lubrication. Dry, that is.

Plus it hides any blemishes in the gun's blue/black finish. Unsightly scratches and whathaveyou.

I may be the only one who feels this way but I like WWB better than BB. I have never had any problems with WWB. Yea its dirty but I feel BB is to. Let's face it with the way price have gone up it el chep'O. I have shot countless rds of WWB. I shot 150 rd of BB and had two FF. and they were both in the first two boxes. My guns are always clean too. I load 147gr rangers home def. WWB 147gr jhp at WM for 13.97 cant beat that.

Kill them all and let god sort it out.
