Looks like some Russian polymer-cased stuff that choked my RRA in new and unusual ways. Ever had to pull two rounds out of the chamber - at the same time? It'll go bang, but give yourself a little extra time at the range.

That's exactly what it is, and I concur, it's crap. I had about a half case of it I threw out.

Hmm... I guess my next question would be how do you suggest I dispose of it?

I found some of those cases at the range the other day. I'd dispose of it by running it through your .223 of choice. I wonder if they're reloadable.

Go ahead and shoot as much of it as you can. Just keep an eye out for feeding problems and give your chamber a good cleaning with Hoppe's # 9. The rest? Pull the bullets, burn the powder in a safe location and pop the primers in your rifle. Then give the chamber and barrel another good dose of # 9.
