I have 27 P220 mags and find them to be a mixed bag. Act Mag (Novacks) will load everything, 7 round new style sig mags feed anything, 7 round old style everything but Corbon, and 8 round Sig mags are very very picky.

What rounds do you guys get to feed the most consitiantly through those sig 8 rounders for PD withought the last round hanging?

I have 6 mags, half factory Sigs and half Novaks. The only ammo that gives me issues is Wolf - it's OAL seems to be a tad too much. Some won't load.

Factory 8rd mags

Mag Tech 230gr ball target

Winchester Ranger-T 230gr JHP for PD

I have had the same problem with factory sig 8 roynd mags. They would not accept the 8th round. I took the spring out and made sure the smaller end of the spring was seated into the bottom of the follower. There was a little snag/shelf that was getting hung up. After that they worked fine.

LOL yeah that fixed it, my bad.

my factory 8 round mags won't accept Golden Saber ammo........I mean they just won"t fit into the mag....like they're too long!

I can get the long fat Golden Saber in my Sig 8 rd mag, but they will hit the SCL when traveling from the mag into the chamber. It actually leaves a scratch mark across the bullet. I had my 220 slide lock open in the middle of a mag, and feel this caused it.
