Seems to be a decent amount available from online sellers. For example:

Unlike some of the other Russian gun/ammo factories (like Tula and Ulyanovsk) that were caught up in the rounds of economic sanctions on Russia over the past several years, Barnaul (producer of the Bear series of ammo) doesn't seem to have been targeted.

In fact, some of the companies that used to source their ammo from the affected factories have switched to contracting with Barnaul instead.

I have a ton of it!
