I received some 50 round boxes of ammo from ammunitiontogo that appears to have a few different but similar cartridges in the box. It could be a simple isolated event at ammunitiontogo or perhaps from the factory (Federal).

Anybody else ever see this from ammunitiontogo?

They were LE Tactical HST in boxes of LE Tactical BONDED.

All good ammo but most folks would never notice as you have to look real close to determine the difference.

Hummm....I just order a box of both the 165 gr hst and the 165 grain tactical bonded....Should be here Friday... I will have to keep my eye open.

LE40T3 (bonded)

P40HST3 (HST)
2 x 50rds - 40 S&W Federal LE Tactical HST 165gr. HP Ammo

I would order some more but this was a trial run/first time purchase with this vendor.

Check the box of BONDED for HST mixed in. I wish I had a place to post photos and I'd show you. Please post your findings after you receive yours.

Tonight I went through the two boxes (100) of LE40T3 and sorted them. Out of 100 rounds of bonded (LE40T3) I found 26 HST (P40HST3) mixed in with them. (15) in one box and (11) in the second box.

Did you contact ATG??

I am sorry that your ammo was mixed together. That happened at the factory. We do not take out any of the ammo from the boxes they come in.

I am a first time customer with a question. I just received my first order from you and it arrived just as your automated email indicated in fairly good shape from UPS. The box was packed tight. The boxes inside were not exactly crisp and prestine however they did appear to be fairly new. I opened each box just to look at the ammo and found the boxes of LE40T3 (bonded) to have some P40HST3 (HST) mixed in with them. Could this have happened at the factory or your place? --- Just curious.
