I second that. Every barrel they have done was with a concealed thread protector.

I had a stainless bull barrel so the cost was $65 for threading and $35 for the protector. There was no additional cost for moving the sight or need for refinishing.
I think it was well worth the cost but be prepared to wait. The turnaround is not very fast.

They are good people. I had him do 17 barrels for me last week.

Mike is top shelf, and so is his work. Great guy to deal with. He has done more than a dozen threadings for me and a few of my friends. Work is always the berries. You folks need to quit telling everyone about his stuff so My stuff doesnt have such a long turn around time!
