I'm no lawyer, but you should have benificiaries listed. The SBR should go to the benificiary noted in the trust. They'll need to have it transferred to them on a form 4 and pay the $200, IIRC.

Exactly. Just make sure whoever is going to be the executor knows where to go for the paperwork or if you're a nice guy have all the forms ready to go in the packet.

Thanks for all your responses. I may not have provided all the information necessafry to answer my question. Blame it on old age!!
My Trust has my brother as co-Trustee. So, I thin k the Form 5 should do. But what I failed to mention was that he lives in TN and I live in FL.
So, aside from the NFA stuff, he will need to deal with TN law stuff.
I wish I had thought about all this stuff before getting my SBR and supressor stamps. I did so for estetic and auditory reasons. As for the latter, the SBR does produce lower noise., but not significanty less than the SBR, un-suppressed.
So, I have joined the group of wants v. needs, plus the esthetics of the SBR. Is machinegun stamp next?
