I have one from a form 4 6/23/16 and two eform 1's from 7/7/16 still waiting. I'm in Pennsylvania.

Form 4 submitted July 5th, 2016 (Trust by Heavy D)
Approved 5/11/2017
Received 5/15/2017

Side note: Telephoned 3/29/2017 and was told about 6 weeks. Hence their guesstimate proved pretty accurate.

So is now the time to do a new form 1?

I've got a couple more SBR's I'd kind of like to do ... a 10-22 and maybe my MP5-SD and MP5K clones ...

If you really want something you'll find a way ...
... if you don't you'll find an excuse.

I'm really not a "kid" anymore ... but I haven't grown up yet either Wink

What's the downside? The only thing really "on the horizon" for removal from the NFA are suppressors, and even that is, at best, a ways off. Might as well start waiting for your stamps today.

I think for most people it probably is ... once the back-log from the p41 changes is finally cut through I think Forms will be processed quickly once again ... like my first 2 back in 2006/07 took 61 and 63 days IIRC.
The down side for me is my age, health and family life expectancy; Is it worth it? ... I started another thread over on Suppressed Weapons;

Called ATF today to check status.
I have six cans that had the check cashed on 7/12/16 that have now been approved on 5/13/17.

Now I just wait for the postal service...

They told me that they are expecting it to take 2-3 months to get through the July submissions.

I put in 2 on 6/21/16 approved 3/3/17 and 1 on 6/29/16 approved 3/8/17.

All 3 took an extra 3 weeks because 2 were sent back on 2/10/17 and the 3rd on 2/18/17 for clerical errors.

Sent another one in last week and it's already been charged.

Now let's see how long this one takes.

Wait is easier when you have other hobbies.
