Just wondering what people have experienced with T/T. I know they do great work and are probably overloaded w/work. I've had a P220/22LR upper with them for 3 weeks.

I was told 2-weeks and it took over 2-months. For standard threading I send it to ADCO as their work is very good and the turnaround times are short.
However, if I want the hidden thread protector it goes to TT and I wait. For me TT's work is worth the wait on that.

Thanks - I knew I had heard 2-months somewhere. I'm just doing a standard threading job so it can take a suppressor and knew that there were some other companies out there, but decided to go with TT since they got such great reviews. I'm in no rush since I haven't even done the Form 4 yet for the suppressor, but am looking forward to shooting it again in the fall w/o the suppressor.

Iv'e heard of wait times of 4-6 months these days. He had last barrel for 10 weeks before I asked for it back and sent it to someone else who did it in 5 days.

These days you'll have your silencer before you have the barrel.

Yes. They responded to my first email in which they confirmed they could do the work but that has been it. Delivery confirmation had it with them on 13 August. We'll see...

Well, looks like they are at about 2 months, as I just received my P220/22LR slide back with the barrel threaded... Form 4 for the Suppressor was cashed late last week... a couple of months to go until suppressor happiness!

BTW, the work the did is absolutely stellar. If you're not in a rush, I highly recommend them for your threading needs.
