Call Me Wally![]() |
Para, I've seen the pictures of your Beretta 87 Cheetah with the Pilot suppressor on it. I am wondering if your barrel was cut and threaded and then an adapter added, or if your suppressor is like mine and screws on to the barrel and into the slide? I am asking because I am thinking about getting another Cheetah, and I would like to go with a pilot suppressor with a 1/2x28 pitch so I can use it on both the Walther and the Mosquito. I'm just thinking about it right now.
Thank you. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ "I take my personal safety personally." - Me |

Wally, fyi, there were factory threaded cheetahs for sale on HKPRO not long ago. Kinda pricy but they are really nice as I'm sure you know.

Yeah, were those the ones with the longer barrels that were threaded? I mean the barrels stuck out the end of the slide about 1/2 in or so?
My Cheetah has a standard length barrel on it, it was cut and the threading is actually inside the slide. I have a AAC Slim-Lite can. The end of the can screws on to the barrel and into the slide. I've seen a lot of pictures of Para's Cheetah and Pilot, and I am wondering if his has the longer barrel, an adapter or if his pilot was modified to fit in to the slide. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ "I take my personal safety personally." - Me |

Chicken Little called for you. He suggested you get a grip. |
The barrel is a standard 87 tube that was threaded. |
