Police surplus West German SigSauer P228 purchased from Arms Unlmited (via Gunbroker; deal found in r/gundeals) in 2016.

Good condition with rusty grips screws, worn grip, and clear signs of carry use. BBL was in good condition. Came with 3 mags: Two original West German mags with slight surface rust and one later mfg (no saw-tooth welds on back). Also came with a OWB, police style nylon holster, worn with some rust on buttons.

Sent to Sig to have Sig tall sights installed, slide re-finished, and SRT installed. Also purchased Sig factory threaded barrel from Sig.

Hogue grips.
