I have a gemtech outback in the works and would like to know if anyone has put one on a gsg-5 yet. If so did you go with the rifle or pistol? I would like a stock so I would have to SBR either. Which would be the best route? Anyone have any pics? Thanks...

I SBR'd my GSG-5 rifle. Tornado Tech did the work with the Gemtech adapter. Works fine.

I did one for a customer and used the gemtech adapter and he uses a Yankee Hill Mite or a SWR Warlock. Both work great.

How much did they charge to chop-n-thread that?

Notice any effect on accuracy when you chop the barrel?

I run an AAC Pilot - here without the Gemtech adapter. Accuracy is good. I bought a cut donw bbl from the guy selling them on the Black Rifle board and then just bought the Gemtech adapter. Its a nice, thick solid bbl and much better quality and the stock bbl.

Do you have a link for that guy with the cut down barrels?
