As many of you know, I have been suffering from back and hip issues for some years now, have had 2 major surgeries and recently 2 minor ones that were supposed to have given significant relief; but didn't! While I haven't been active on the board for several years now, did a limited amount of business with a
handful of loyal customers: but reluctantly have to accept the inevitable and "hang it up" now! Many thanks to all my former and current customers that I have come to call friends! Will really miss the feisty, sarcastic repartee shared with many of you, being all in good fun!
Selling all my personal Sigs, and some are very rare and desirable variations.
As far as I know, I'm the ONLY Sig dealer who was authorized to order new guns from factory with Action Enhancement Package (AEP) already done to the guns, when shipped new to me. Will also list OEM NEW SIG MAGS (ALL MEC-GAR, I BELIEVE), BARSTO BARRELS, OEM SIG BARRELS, SOME THREADED, WALNUT GRIPS AND WHATEVER ELSE I DISCOVER?

Sorry about your health issues.
Some very nice guns. Good luck.
Just for clarification but the all stainless Sig 226 for 899, is that for the whole package including the barrels and grips? If so I will take it. Thanks.
Build a man a fire and keep him warm for a night, set a man on fire and keep him warm the rest of his life.
12131, thanks for kind thoughts and I'll miss them!
arme, "copy" clearly shows $150 option for Barsto 9mm conversion barrel and a $70 option for OEM
357 Sig barrel, nice try though!
My apologies. Wasn't sure and wanted to clarify. I hope your health improves and good luck with your sale. Take care.

I’m sorry to hear of your health issues. Is it possible to get a picture of the sig 1911 compact sent to email@example.com?
Thank you in advance.
Jerry, you've been onboard for quite a while now, and helped me find a gun many years ago. I'm truly sorry to hear that your health issues are forcing you to hang up the 'out of business' sign! Hope you are able to recover or at least improve from the health issues!!
To echo armedmd, the format of your ad is slightly confusing, which is why I believe he requested clarification. I'm sure it must appear crystal clear to you, but to some of us reading it it is not as the "options" you mention can't be distinguished from the total package price.
Perhaps you could list the total package price after each listing...or perhaps place the total package price in bold ?? Just a couple suggestions...
Also, are the guns listed new in box, or, if fired, what condition are they in?
I too am interested in the P226R stainless. Would you be willing to sell the gun without the Crimson Trace Grips and if so what would the total price be?
Arme, Modern Day pointed out that I didn't make it clear, my apologies to you!
Jasper, will try and send pic from my firstname.lastname@example.org
Modern Day, I understand your point about ad: but not totally what you are asking about 226?
First, I don't have any stock grips to replace them and not sure if you mean you want the two barrels: but just not the grips, or gun alone without either the grips or barrels?
Ah, now you caught me being unclear. My apologies. The P226R stainless package interests me, with both barrels, but the CTC grips are a tad too wide for my liking and I had assumed that you still had the original plastic grips for it, as I'd prefer those.
I am interested in the P226R Stainless with AEP, with the original factory .357 SIG barrel, and the Barsto 9mm conversion barrel, but without the CTC grips. What would the total price be?
Also, is this gun new in box or, if it has been fired, what is its condition?
modern, no idea what happened to those plastic grips from 10 years ago; but should be able to find replacements for $20 or so each. The stainless was originally a 40. The non stainless 226 originally 357 Sig. This gun has probably not even a box of shells through it. Stainless maybe a couple hundred rounds, both in excellent condition
Since I don't have any plastic grips, have to sell as they are. Barrel price is same $150 for Barsto 9 conversion

P220R FULL SIZE NS DIM $799 NEW OLD STOCK
I'm sorry for dragging this out on the stainless 226, but what caliber is it now? Original post lists two "optional" barrels and later I think it says it "was originally a .40". Just trying to sort out what barrel and mags are included.
email sent regarding the NOS P220r
Jerry, sorry to hear about your medical issues. Can you tell me how a DAK 239 with AEP differs from a regular 239 without AEP?
Hope you can get some relief from the pain and keep your mobility!
Wish you the best and good luck!
Hi Jerry, Hope all will be well with the added time of relaxation. I will take the 9mm 226 conversion barrel for $150. if you are selling it out of that package. Thanks! sigguy(the 1st)
-------------------------------------------------------2/28/2015 ~ Rest in peace Dad. Lt Commander E.G.E. USN Love you.
Da big, case shows originated as 40 and still is.
A friend had a standard 226 and his gun got wet in a downpour in his car and barrel badly rusted: but rest of his gun cleaned up ok, so gave him my OEM Sig 40 barrel, as I had Barsto OEM replacement 40 which is in gun now. Nothing wrong with Sig barrels; but Barsto's are better and will outshoot the Sig: but gun therefore is not in "original" condition. If concerned about "collectibility" and rarity of gun with AEP, new from factory, find a good OEM Sig 40 barrel for the 226, as barrels are NOT serial numbered like a few manufacturers, so no issue replacing: but would shoot the Barsto 40!
Hope that clears up any confusion about 226 stainless? Just looked through my stuff and found that I have 226 40 OEM that I could supply for 226, if collectibility and originality was of prime concern, or keep Barsto 40 at same original price of $899. 2 OEM 40 mags come with gun, as originally in case.
As stated in ad, Barsto 9mm conversion barrels are an option for $150, as is Sig OEM 357 barrel
for $60: but no 9mm mags are included with 9 conversion barrel. Discovered I have 2 new in polybag Barsto 226 9mm conversion barrels which are NOT part of either 226 package. If purchasers of either 226 with AEP want a NEW, unused Barst0, barrels would be $200 each.
Sigguy, whomever purchases the 2 226's with AEP
get first dibs on either used Barsto's at $150 each or new at $200, their choice? Sigguy, the good news for you is you are guaranteed either a new 9 conversion for $200 or used one for $150.
Have very few 9mm OEM mags to go with Barsto
conversions and pistol purchasers who take optional barrel(s) get first choice on 9mm mags.
New in blister pak or individually in plastic sheath 2 for $39
If there are questions I didn't answer, let me know? Reason this response is being done so late, is pain woke me up and waiting for pill to
take effect, so I can go back to sleep!
Bulldog, almost missed you, sorry! The DAK action
somewhat "preps" the trigger after racking the slide, chambering a round, after firing the slide reciprocates ejecting the empty and chambering
another round for firing. Say you hit on a bad primer and gun does not go off? DAK is designed to have "second strike" capability with another long, fairly stiff pull of the trigger. If this secondard pull was in fact the primary, no one would want a DAK. Many people don't know to check gun to be sure it is empty and then rack slide to experience how DAK is meant to be!
If manipulated properly is not nearly as bad as most think! AEP smooths action somewhat: but is not as dramatic as AEP on a DA/SA gun,
As reported the 239 40 DAK is sold; but do have 1 239 40 DAK, NS that does not have AEP: but could be done, if you contact Sig?
Thanks Jerry. I'd buy your 239 but I already have one. I didn't know that they could do a AEP on a DAK and was just wondering how much it improved the trigger. Hope you get better. Nothing worse than back pain.
