Yes, it does.

Just speaking from personal experience, one of the first "Match" pistols I ever had was an HK USP45 on which I installed a Match trigger upgrade kit; a set of Entreprise Ghost Ring night sights (vice Match target sights...which I did on another clone); an actual HK USP Match weight (waaaaay back when they were "readily" available...although still stupid expensive Roll Eyes ); and a HK USP45 Match barrel by Jarvis...but to clarify, mine was just the extended Match length barrel, not threaded. Worked like an absolute champ for me.
