Generally to have something notarized, the signatures must be executed in the presence of the notary, who will verify the identity of the signers. Banks, real estate agents, and shipping places like Mailboxes or the UPS Store generally offer notary services for a few bucks. |

We cannot notarize your trust unless it is a Georgia trust and you come to my office. You must be physically present in front of my notary. Most people have their trust notarized at a UPS Store or Kinkos. |

I needed my trust to be rewritten to reflect a an oversight on my part. Boom, a quick call and I had my revised trust in my hand. Their trust is a bargain, especially when you factor in the personal attention to get it right and their willingness to quide you through the process. Thank you for the great service you provide. Give them a call, you won’t be dissapointed.
I truly appreciate your kind words. Thank you. |

| heavyd, got a quick question for you about the trust you did for me (back in June of 2016). I never proceeded with notarizing or filing the trust documents. Will my requirements be different now in order to file this? Do I need a different trust document, or will this still do? Will I need all of the personal information for each person listed in the trust? Please advise on what my next step should be. Signed, Tardy Slabsides

Hey Tardy, It will be the same as if you just purchased a trust from me. Just sign with any two witnesses in front of a notary. The witnesses must not be in the trust. |
