Hi Dean, I am located in Washington state and am currently looking at the form to secure a Trust from your website and have a question:

From what I understand, I have to list someone other than me as Co-Trustee and Beneficiary, correct?

I am aware that a Beneficiary is necessary, but is naming a Co-Trustee necessary as well?

Thank you very much!

Hi Mech,

You must have a co-trustee, even if it is the same person as the beneficiary. Someone must be able to transfer title of the NFA weapon.

Call me if you would like to discuss.

Dean

Only if you make your suppressor. Form 1 is up online, not Form 4.

Is a gun trust just for NFA regulated guns or can I put any gun into it?

You can put any firearm into the trust as well as firearm-related property. Example: reloading equipment, ammo, or your gun safe.
