Yes they do. The Mec-Gar Anti-Friction Coated B92/M9, and P226 9mm 18RD and .40/357 13RD magazines all use the same +2 adapter. http://www.topgunsupply.com/MEC-GAR-c-137.html

No, SIG will not sell them. You have to send you pistol in to them to get it fitted.

If you send your P220 to SIG, they'll sell it to after it get fitted?

Would I be able to send in my P220 to get it fitted if I wanted to purchase a barrel?
