A fellow forum member, who is well versed in forging artwork into knives.

I don't own any, but I drool over most of his creations. He is very talented.

you fellas are too kind. i just feel blessed to be able to make knives and have a great customer base. i am working on lots of new things for the summer. i get to live that Steeldrivers song, Guitars, Whiskey, Guns and Knives. never thought it would be this fun to work this hard, if that makes sense.

I have 2. Both German file steel. One has a a lace about 5 inches and has a handle that is 5-6 inches and fills the hand very well. It’s about a 1/4 thick metal in the handle and tapered to a nice point. With ebony scales. The other is a baby version of it and about 1/8 thick about a 3.5-4 inch blade. It’s a real good knife for cleaning a trout. I was able to send Dozer some pieces of Purple Heart wood that he made the scales with. Both very sharp and hold a decent edge. Sorry no photo account or I’d post pics. Both knives have a very handy carve out before the sharp part of the blade to stick your index finger and both have a small area on top to stick your thumb. Both give good purchase when your hands are wet with fish mung etc.

I am still confused. What constitutes a lion tribe design? Shape? File stock?

It's a brand name. Like Benchmade or Buck.
