I never thought I would pay 160 bucks for a knife. But dammit I think this was a glorious decision. Its an H&K 14455BT Automatic Axis Lock Knife with a tanto styled blade. My old Smith and Wesson REALLY needed to be replaced. So far I love it. Now most people would have gone for the regular Benchmade. But, unfortunately, I am a horrible HK whore.

And P.S.
I love living in Idaho

That is a wicked looking blade. BM's axis lock is the best!

Its an HK thing. Back in the day a photographer for one of their product catalogs reversed the bullets in the magazine. Shameful? yes. Will they ever live it down? probably not. ha ha

I carry the partially serrated HK auto version as my duty knife. The best part is the pocket clip, i've had it for quite some time and it hasn't lightened up at all. When i get the chance i'll take a pic and post it.
