I am looking for a liner lock within the price range of 20 to 50 dollars maybe a bit over. If you could help me that would be great.

I'm a big Benchmade fan. I don't have any of their liner locks, but this baby might fit your needs:

I just got 2 new Kershaws.

The Junkyard Dog II is a liner lock and uses a flipper for quick opening.
(Their regular Junkyard Dog is a smaller model.)

The other one I got is their Shallot, which is an assisted opening knife w/ frame lock.

All good choices for daily carry, IMO, and priced <$50. Good luck!

Spyderco Tenacious is supposed to be really nice and is about $30.

Also at New Graham.

+1 on the Vex. I bought the exact model shown in the link and it's proving to be the best "cheap" knife I've ever owned.
