I received a package in the mail today from resident steel artisan Sybo. Contained therein was probably the single sharpest knife I've ever handled. It's thin,sharper than sharp, beautifully balanced, and has a handle that seems perfectly made to fit my hand, which is odd as he and I have never met in person. I couldn't be more pleased and can't recommend his work high enough. I just hope I can get a couple more pieces made before he gets well known and the wait gets insane.
I'd post pics, but I'm between photohosts at the moment. Hopefully the man himself will be along shortly and be nice enough to post up a couple.
