I replaced the plastic scales on the 535 Bugout with carbon fiber. I really love this little knife.

I just started carrying a Hogue X-1 Microflip. Seems like a great little knife. 2.75" blade. The flipper deploys the knife well as long as you don't put your finger across the whole thing. All you do is press on the very distal end of it and it launches as if it was an assisted opening knife.

I grabbed this knife on special at opticsplanet. They already had a decently discounted price, then I found they had 15% off thru labor day so I got it for about $107 shipped (Big knife stores are asking around $150). This is my first Hogue Knife.....

I'll have to figure out how to resize that.

I am loving it as well. Hopefully this picture works better.

Edit: Nope. I have no idea what's going on with Imgur.

Really love the look of this knife. Looks like a great, slightly bigger brother to the Mini Griptilian.

It handles totally differently than the mini grip. It is very thin, but the handle is much longer. I have medium sized hands and the bugout feels more secure in my hand than the mini grip. The blade is longer as well.

I switch up my EDC blade and light on an almost daily basis, but lately I have been carrying my Byrd Raven 2 folder along with a Fenix L1T (AA with a clicky tailcap) light, and my leatherman juice S2.
