Just wondering if anyone has any experience with TOPS knives? They seem like very nice/high quality knives and are reasonably priced.

Personally, I thought their prices to be just a bit high.
They are good quality, and, although I've never owned one, the few I've handled felt perfect in my hand. They look great too. "Always have a reason for living, and stand ready to die for it." |

A very close friend and hunting buddy of mine has been through Tom Brown's tracker and wilderness survival classes and has worked as a guest instructor on primitive skills too. I always wanted to buy him a Tom Brown signature knife, but they are just too expensive. I can buy him a damn nice working knife for half or less than the Tom Brown cost.

They are good knives but too expenvives compared to similar 1095 steel knives like Rat Cutlery Knives, Ka-Bars or Ontario Knives. IMHO ScrapYard Knives or SwampRat Knives are on the same level price and are much better knives.
