Anybody know of a good source of hand-forged viking style seax knives? Not afraid to pay or wait, but it needs to be worth it. Thanks.

It is not a comon profile amoung older knife makers. My best suggeation is to go to ABS, american bladesmith society website and click on your home state. Run down the j.s. smiths first, or a ms, smith if you want to get stupidly intricate.

I did some searching on BladeForums and found some good stuff. I found Tobin Nieto and a video of him doing his version. James Helm is another fellow you could look at.
