Just wanted to say I am once again impressed with Kershaw's customer service. I needed yet another piece for my Onion (that thing just can't seem to stay out of the dryer!) and they sent it to me within three days after promising 3-12 weeks or something like that.

A very important quality if you're a guy like me who doesn't want to go a day without his knife but doesn't feel like putting an auto with a broken safety in his front pocket!!

I've got a Leek (sp?) with a problem. The clip part is spread. I mean that thing is bowed out like Christmas.

Is that something they'd send a part for?
Did you have to have a receipt or anything?

I would have to agree with the customer service. I have 2 leaks, a complete set of knives for the chef (me), a skinning knife and one with the gut hook and a 6 in sheath. I have at one time sent all of my kitchen knives in because the handles start to deteriorate but they have sent me a brand new one back every time. This has been over the last 14 years. I have 2 leaks as it is my primary and if one breaks I have a backup. For the price good quality and great customer service. IMHO
