Are double edge still verboten? I don't recall it addressing anything but autos.
No good. This bill only repeals 750.226a which is the switchblade statute.
750.227 will still prohibit the concealed carry or in-vehicle carry of double edged, non folding stabbing instruments.
So you can possess the microtech in your home. You can open carry the microtech, but you can't legally have it in a pocket or a vehicle.
Maybe Benchmade single edge otf? I don't remember what the model is called.

If this gets signed and any of you Michigan peeps are interested in an auto, I'm going to offer to sell you anything from the lines we have available through my store at my cost plus actual shipping for the first 30 days after it goes into effect.
I'd definitely like to take you up on that offer as well, sir. Thanks for looking out for us, Brad.

DresdenSince our laws allowed them in July of this year, the streets are running with blood! Oh, wait. That was legal marijuana. Zombies everywhere! Oh, wait. The right of the people to bear arms . . .

ersatzknarfYuppers. +1. Any ideas on a good quality, single edge OTF? Is Microtech the top dog? Saw the Phaeton and that seemed nice. Thoughts please?

Brad correct me if I'm wrong but the effective date is 90 days after the governor signs it right? So we're looking at 10-11-17 if he signed it yesterday.
