Today it was easy. I'd chipped out the concrete edge yesterday and had the cap about 70% broken off. Today I used Sawzall to go around the rim circular and just when I was wondering what's next the old thread popped out all in one piece.

Straightened out a couple of female threads, pipe doped the male and a light ring on female just for hell of it. Screwed in easy enough and the level is perfect. Again, thanks for the tips. Smile
