History of Election Recounts

OK first off, yes I hold a grudge.

Voted for Dino Rossi, only to have the election stolen by the Democrats after 3 recounts where they finally found enough missing ballots to crown Christine Gregoire during a hand recount.

Now my question what is the history with Republicans calling for recounts?

Is this a one sided game?

The key to enforcement is to punish the violator, not an inanimate object. The punishment of inanimate objects for the commission of a crime or carelessness is an affront to stupidity.
