Very nice, bamajeepster.

In this spirit, and this may have already made the rounds here, but this version of Toto's Africa is performed without a single musical instrument:

On The Good, The Bad...I have always thought the "wah wah" was accomplished with a trumpet and plunger mute. I never thought it was done by a person.

As for the Toto cover, MVP goes to the dude who is the beat box. The camera stayed on the lead singer a lot, but the beat box guy is the boss. If he goes down, the whole show crumbles. What’s the earpiece for? Some kind of metronome?

As for the Danes, man I love those Vikings! (Due to marital status, I’m contractually required to admit that frequently, or the former Miss Anderson will punish me. Smile )

For some reason, I found that highly entertaining especially the wah wah part.

"It did not really matter what we expected from life, but rather what life expected from us. We needed to stop asking about the meaning of life, and instead to think of ourselves as those who were being questioned by life – daily and hourly. Our answer must consist not in talk and meditation, but in right action and in right conduct. Life ultimately means taking the responsibility to find the right answer to its problems and to fulfill the tasks which it constantly sets for each individual." Viktor Frankl, Man's Search for Meaning, 1946.

Very cool indeed; we had a thread about this a year or so ago. The conductor is Sarah Hicks: Absolutely awesome. She used to be an assistant conductor with the Richmond Symphony Orchestra and I got to meet her several times when she was here. And...yes...she's smokin' hot.

My wife and I did the spit test last Christmas. Consistent with family history records, I am 1/4 Danish.
