Hey, I need to replace 3 single car garage door openers. They're currently old chain drive craftsman models from the 90's. Any tips on what brand or model to get? Would 3/4 HP be good enough? I've been thinking about one of the wifi enabled ones like the Chamberlain MyQ since it works with Nest. I'd also like to switch to belt drive. I do most of my home repair projects myself but am hesitant about this since I've never had to mess with garage doors. They don't have torsion springs but some sort of spring and pulley system.
