Having taught in two Bay Area colleges, I can add a few tidbits to the list, from my own "training". - White males are privileged, arrogant, guilty of microagression without knowing it. - Minorities (everyone except white males) don't have to prove victimization, we will assume their allegations are valid. - Social justice means equal outcomes (regardless of unequal performance) And from my own observation, gender and ethnicity play key roles in hiring. The hell with that list of micro-aggressions, where's the list of 'macro'-aggressions. I'm way beyond caring about the small stuff.
