Big Grin If you make a million promises to a thousand people, how do you hold them off from insisting that you make good on your promises? By insisting that you have to make good on other promises to other people in order to move forward, and that everyone will be taken care of eventually. In other words, if you make enough promises to enough people then you may get away with not keeping any promises at all. Since the Dems aren't so much a bloc as they are composed of a thousand disparate squalling interest groups, it's a strategy that could have been custom-made for any Dem who manages to sleaze their way into the White House.

Think of it this way. Trump proved the principle that if you owe a little money then the bank owns you, but if you owe enough money then you effectively own the bank. This is true because someone who owes the bank a lot of money has a lot of influence over the bank's liabilities, and, therefore, the bank's ability to survive and take advantage of other opportunities. This 'prioritization' is essentially the liberal political version of the same concept.

Perhaps we should just give up then? Maybe even get some tofu, and some nice jammies to wear when we sit in line at Starbucks.

Fellas, this constant gloom and doom needs to stop. And it needs to stop now. You're all going to have heart attacks with this constant predictions of gloom and doom.

NONE OF YOU know what will happen next. NONE. Whatever does happen will be met by resistance, and a work around will be devised and implemented. Ingenuity is the American way. Hell, Twatter stock fell 10 percent in trading today. And that is a drop in the bucket of where it's heading. You have got to stop with this constant despair and gloom. They only win if you surrender, and quite frankly, spreading this petulance of guess work, Ouija boards, and the reading of tea leaves is running people down that need to be lifted up. None of us need to be warned to "stay vigilant". We just need to be warned that they can't win, because they don't own us. Whatever they do, we will counter.

Sleepy Joe can't defeat a fart.

CNN pulls Acosta off the WH coverage

https://townhall.com/tipsheet/...become-more-n2582984

CNN announced major changes to coincide with President-elect Joe Biden’s upcoming term on Monday, including moving Jim Acosta out of the White House and expanding Jake Tapper’s role, as critics feel the hyper-partisan network is preparing to take it easy on the incoming administration.

The most glaring change is CNN’s decision to take performance artist Jim Acosta off the White House beat. Talk about showing your hand," conservative strategist Chris Barron told Fox News.

"It certainly seems odd that CNN is pulling Acosta from the White House rotation right as a Democratic president is set to take office. He insisted repeatedly that his style of shouting questions, delivering monologues, and heckling White House officials was merely about holding powerful people accountable for their actions," Athey told Fox News. "Is CNN effectively saying that they don’t want to hold the Biden administration accountable in the same way?"

not too hard to figure out is it?

I dunno if all that horse feces that came out of his mouth is even what he WANTS to do, or if it is just Bovine Effluent that he is spreading because he thinks that’s what his people wanted hear.

If it is truly what he wants, then he’ll have an uphill battle. If he’s just making noise, who cares?

So, since the Dem's made it so easy for a person to "IDENTIFY" as whatever sex they wanted, regardless of genetic makeup; can't we just as easily "IDENTIFY" as a black woman to qualify? Seems like they already created our work around for us.

I am skeptical of this, as worded, as some races/genders are felt by that crowd to be 'more equal than others' and so I expect any such bills will have preference built in, in the name of 'equality'.

Correct. Preferential treatment will be encouraged, maybe even required, under the guise of justice and equality. And the gov't will have laws for the people that don't apply to themselves.

So the first people they're going to take on in this heavily divided country are already organized and have non-politically-partisan constituencies? Good.

Will this put an end to so-called "reverse discrimination," reparations, and government preference for minority and women-owned businesses? If so, I'm all for it.

Seems it's a one-way anti-discrimination bill.

I'm going to predict after the pols bunker down all the capitols they'll ramp up LE to keep protesters at bay. They're already telling us that. Listen to them sell the media and change the narrative on a dime. I think it's pretty safe to assume the antifa riot crew is going to try to draw pissed off patriots into the shark tank. Dangerous proposition. I posted about one of these guys, the dude who dressed up like a cave man...not buffalo dude...his dad is a Dem NY SC judge. I get the sense the agitators are already well positioned to get out of any problems they create. If you do a tiny bit of research you'll see a common support group from food to ligation has followed these riot protestors from city to city. Twitter was used to facilitate their response to LE with hashtags and it didn't even make the news.

Our communications are being parsed to be used against us. Why does Twitter hire a US-educated Chinese AI guru...and right around that time conservative voices get throttled down further and further. I had to start three Twitter accounts because all of mine were basically worthless. I was put behind layers of click walls for just discussing legitimate concerns. No reports of me being bad. No personal attacks on people. I followed their guidelines and never got in any trouble as far as I know. That's a major problem when the platform wants to parade around like it's an official channel for our government. The things these representatives say via Twitter are unbelievable, and yet if you question them, you are silenced. That's a problem.
