Biden has announced that he's nominating former Deputy Secretary of State William Burns to be his CIA director, replacing Gina Haspel, who was the first woman to run the agency.

In an Atlantic op-ed last year, Burns took particular issue with Trump's behavior toward Iran and China.

Government has been doing this since the early 90s at least. There were a lot of businesses in Oak Ridge TN that were created and run by white dudes that had a female or minority partner listed as the owner so they could obtain government contracts. Happened all the time and as long as the paperwork was in order, it appeared that no one cared who the real creator or owner was....

So, since the Dem's made it so easy for a person to "IDENTIFY" as whatever sex they wanted, regardless of genetic makeup; can't we just as easily "IDENTIFY" as a black woman to qualify? Seems like they already created our work around for us.

If you make a million promises to a thousand people, how do you hold them off from insisting that you make good on your promises? By insisting that you have to make good on other promises to other people in order to move forward, and that everyone will be taken care of eventually. Think of it this way. Trump proved the principle that if you owe a little money then the bank owns you, but if you owe enough money then you effectively own the bank. This is true because someone who owes the bank a lot of money has a lot of influence over the bank's liabilities, and, therefore, the bank's ability to survive and take advantage of other opportunities. This 'prioritization' is essentially the liberal political version of the same concept.
