Intense police shooting after officer run over by (now very dead) driver Login/Join

This was local to me. Assholes carjacked the car in South Carolina from a seventy something year old lady.
Officer run over still has long recovery and doubtful to return to work.
Dude was doing the shifting from drive to reverse and officers could hear him yelling "go go go" to the driver.
Arkansas State Trooper tried to pit them early in the chase which kept them from getting back on interstate. They ran back and forth several times across town.
They had a .22 rifle and crack in the car.

WOW, wish lethal force had been utilized much earlier, seemed warranted on multiple occasions. S

The sorry fucks related to the dead sorry fucks should be sued to pay that man’s medical bills and salary for the rest of his life.

I don’t think they shot them enough times.

Thank goodness there was a black cop on the scene or the cries of racism would’ve been the first ones before the bodies even got cold.

I hope that the officer recovers. And it is a shame that he cannot sue their asses off.

So he and his brothers all have different last names? Hmmmmmm, I wonder what could have gone wrong in his upbringing?

Toyota parts car, shift handle good, some blood, might clean up $5.00. All other parts multiple hole, for weight reduction $2.00.

I hope that it hurt when they got shot. I hope that the shit heads were in as much pain as possible.

I hope the officer ran over makes a full recovery.

Those officers exercised a lot of restraint. What a great bunch. Sorry for the one that got hurt.

Early on , they were in areas which would have been good for a PIT. Was hoping for it...hoping for it...because I'd have been hard pressed not to play demolition derby.

They drove it like they stole it...well, uh, right. And now they are KTFTD. Bye.

What this video reminded me was that police cars (and ambulances) should be wired that the sirens shut off after a few seconds after being placed in park. Smile (with an override switch for when it's needed) Believe me, I'm not sticking up for the idiots in that car, but think of the chaos and confusion that adds to any situation, for both sides. It obviously doesn't apply here as she was still trying to get away, but multiple deafening sirens and multiple people yelling commands... makes it hard to comply. lol

I liked how she continued to use her directional throughout the early stages of the chase. Big Grin
