When I posted that Breitbart link (bottom of page 1) there were 202 incidents listed. Now, just over a month later, it’s at 544. Things seem to be accelerating quickly.

Trump supporter says he took beating after protesting Social Distortion singer's politics

http://www.foxnews.com/enterta...ingers-politics.html

A supporter of President Trump claims that Mike Ness, lead singer of the rock band Social Distortion, spat on him and repeatedly punched him in the head after he protested Ness's criticism of the president at a concert.

The confrontation allegedly took place July 17 at a show in Sacramento, Calif., when concertgoer Tim Hildebrand, 30, held up his middle finger to convey his disagreement with Ness.

The 56-year-old lead singer was “badmouthing President Trump and America,” Hildebrand told CBS 13 Sacramento.

“I pretty much said, 'I paid for your music, not your politics,'” Hildebrand told the station. “I stood pretty much with my silent protest with my middle finger up for the next two songs.”

“I pretty much said, 'I paid for your music, not your politics.' I stood pretty much with my silent protest with my middle finger up for the next two songs.”
- Tim Hildebrand, supporter of President Trump

But Ness didn’t seem to take kindly to Hildebrand’s nonverbal expression. Cellphone video appears to show the lead singer motioning toward a fan in the crowd, before removing his guitar and jumping off stage. He then repeatedly throws punches for a brief moment until the camera cuts out.

Hildebrand, a Republican, said Ness took “his guitar off, jumps off the stage and proceeds to punch me multiple times in the head.”

He told the station that the singer spat in his face and that the two argued before Ness attacked him, resulting in two black eyes, a busted lip and a concussion.

“I wasn’t able to defend myself because people in the crowd were holding me back,” he said.

Security dragged Hildebrand out of the venue, where he met with officers and filed a police report, according to the station.

Sacramento police said they were investigating the incident, the station reported.

Hildebrand told the New York Times that he wasn’t the only fan to express displeasure with Ness’ political statements during the concert, as others walked out and yelled expletives toward the stage.

“If you can speak your mind but you can’t take a response or rebuttal,” he told the paper, “it shows a lot about your character.”

Social Distortion did not immediately return Fox News’ request for comment.

And why, pray tell, was Ness not arrested for assault and battery? Could it be because he is a famous leftist and in a leftist stronghold state?

Those on the left are not bound by the law. Period. This has been proven over and over again.

The ONLY way these things will be curtailed is if people start being held accountable for their actions. From the anti-fa fascists who break windows to big name government persons who mishandle classified info and abuse FISA warrants.

Only when people start paying personal consequences for their actions will this stuff slow down. Until then it will only get worse.

I don't understand. The man pleads not guilty yet admits to destroying the star?

Calif. Man Pleads Not Guilty To Vandalizing President Trump’s Hollywood Walk Of Fame Star
OAN Newsroom
UPDATED 6:49 AM PT — Thurs. August 16, 2018

A California man is facing charges for allegedly vandalizing President Trump’s Hollywood Walk of Fame star last month.

24-year-old Austin Clay pleaded not guilty on Wednesday to one-count of felony vandalism. However, outside the courtroom Clay admitted to reporters that he felt compelled to destroy the Walk of Fame star because of his opposition to the president.

Clay has been accused of using a pickaxe to completely dismantle the side walk monument.

He turned himself into police hours later after video of the vandalism surfaced online.

The 24-year-old faces a maximum sentence of three-years in prison if convicted.

The implication is that it was a justifiable act, therefore outside scrutiny or prosecution. And that just proves how nutty these people are.

Student arrested for stealing MAGA hat, slapping teacher in profanity-laced tirade

http://www.foxnews.com/us/2018...ty-laced-tirade.html

A high school senior in California was arrested Monday after she went on a profanity-laced tirade against a classmate for wearing a “Make America Great Again” hat.

Union Mine High School student, Jo-Ann Butler, 17, was suspended for one week and faces two counts of battery: one against her classmate for grabbing his MAGA hat and the other against her English teacher, whom she slapped as he escorted her out of the classroom in an altercation captured on a cellphone, according to CBS Sacramento.

“That’s a racist and hateful symbol,” Butler said, adding she took out her anger at the student to “wake people up in some type of way, because it’s not cool the environment our classroom is in.”

ACCUSED ‘MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN’ HAT THIEF COULD FACE JAIL TIME

The school district’s policy allows students to wear political gear.

According to El Dorado Sheriff’s Sgt. Anthony Prencipe, Butler started “verbally berating” her classmate for wearing the pro-President Trump hat.

At one point, the upset student grabbed the hat and threw it on the ground.

The English teacher told Butler to leave, but she came back in, arguing again with the hat’s owner. Prencipe says the teacher stepped in to hold back the angry student, who then slapped him on the arm.

A school resource officer arrested Butler, who was transported to the El Dorado County Juvenile Hall.

The school district released a statement that reads in part: “…Student and staff safety is our highest priority and the UMHS administration will continue to cooperate with the El Dorado County Sheriff’s Office as the incident is being investigated.”

The El Dorado County District Attorney is expected to formally charge Butler later this week.

I just ran across this on Fox...maybe he was just an intoxicated felon with six guns he shouldn't have...or...as he told the police "They need to fix the problem or I'm going to fix the problem"...then later "I think I'm going to kill the President"...

All it takes is a nut job fueled by all the rhetoric spewed out on social media and the MSM to hurt people...

"A Utah man said he planned to "kill the president" after police pulled over his vehicle last month and found six guns and ammunition inside, according to a complaint unsealed this week.

Police in Price stopped the vehicle driven by William Scott Wheeler, 56, on Aug. 25 because the headlights were obscured with a blanket, the Salt Lake Tribune reported. Price is about 120 miles southeast of Salt Lake City.

The officer allegedly found a shotgun, two pistols, a revolver, two long guns and ammunition in the back of the truck, according to the complaint.

When prodded about why he needed the weapons, Wheeler was reportedly silent, the Tribune reported. Later, Wheeler reportedly told the officer he suspected the Secret Service was after him because he had supposedly sent “messages” to the White House.

“They need to fix the problem, or I’m going to fix the problem,” Wheeler allegedly told the officer, according to an affidavit written by U.S. Secret Service Agent Marina Thomas that was obtained by Salt Lake City’s FOX 13.

When the officer determined Wheeler had been drinking and was in no condition to drive, Wheeler allegedly told the officer, “I think I’m going to kill the president,” according to court documents.

He was charged with possession of a firearm and ammunition by a restricted person on account of having bought the firearms outside Utah and bringing them into the state, the Tribune reported."

Wheeler appeared in U.S. District Court on Wednesday and was ordered detained, FOX 13 reported.

According to records, cited by the Tribune, Wheeler was being held at the Tooele County Jail. He faces a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison if convicted. Wheeler has two prior felony convictions: one for vehicle theft in 1984, and another for theft in 1989, the Tribune reported.

"He Was Screaming 'F-ck Trump': Republican Candidate Nearly Stabbed By Deranged Democrat

https://www.zerohedge.com/news...ed-deranged-democrat

Episodes of threats and violence perpetuated by angry leftists furious about President Trump's agenda and policies, are becoming increasingly common in the US, particularly after a deranged Bernie Sanders supporter nearly killed majority whip Steve Scalise after opening fire on a practice session for the Congressional baseball game.

Another incident unfolded on Tuesday in northern California, where a 35-year-old man was arrested for whipping out a switchblade and attempting to stab Republican Congressional candidate Rudy Peters while the candidate was working a booth at the Castro Valley Fall Festival.

The man, who was later identified as Farzad Vincent Fazeli, was arrested and charged with one felony count of making criminal threats and a misdemeanor count of exhibiting a deadly weapon. According to media reports, Fazeli approached Peters unprovoked and started shouting "fuck Trump" and other "disparaging profanities" about the Republican Party. Fazeli then allegedly pulled out a switchblade and tried to stab Peters, but was foiled when the blade malfunctioned.

The Alameda County Sheriff’s Office issued a statement about the incident (read it below):

Fazeli "approached the victim in an aggressive manner and made disparaging remarks about his political party and elected officials," Alameda County Sheriff’s Office said in a statement.

"During the incident, Fazeli is suspected to have pulled out a switchblade knife and attempted to stab the victim. The knife malfunctioned and the victim became involved in a physical struggle with Fazeli."

County police responded to the incident at around 3:45 pm local time after somebody called in about a disturbance near Peters' booth.

Peters said he has never before been concerned about his safety prior to the attempted stabbing. "People are just polarized right now, and this country’s divided and it’s just a mess. It shouldn’t be that way," Peters said, according to the San Francisco Chronicle.

"It’s a shame," he said. "People are just polarized right now, and this country’s divided and it’s just a mess. It shouldn’t be that way."

"All of a sudden we hear someone screaming, "F— Trump, f— Trump!" Peters recalled. He said the man raised his middle finger and was “standing right in front of the booth."

Peters had been sitting with Joseph Grcar, a Republican state Assembly candidate, when Fazeli approached. Peters said he and Grcar were both "kind of shocked" by the attack, but that the man seemed like he was walking off. "The next thing you know," Peters said, "he stops and turns around and says, 'I’ll show you,' and runs at the booth."

Farzad Fazeli

Per the San Francisco Chronicle, Fazeli grabbed a coffee cup from a nearby table and threw it at him, prompting Peters to come around the table and "grab him". An altercation ensued, where Peters said he threw Fazeli to the ground before the suspect hopped back up, reached into his pocket and grabbed the switchblade.

"He’s screaming, 'I’m gonna kill you, motherf—er!'" Peters said. "He had the knife, but the blade wouldn’t shoot out."

Fazeli then threatened to use his pink switchblade to stab Peters, but he "could not open it."

Peters then grabbed a sign from a nearby booth and used it as a shield, but fortunately someone stepped in and urged the attacker to calm down. Peters reported the incident, and Fazeli was soon detained.

Peters is running against Democratic Rep. Eric Swalwell in California's fifteenth Congressional district. Given the miraculous factors that prevented this close call from becoming an unmitigated tragedy, one can't help but wonder how many more acts of extreme violence will be directed at Republicans between now and Nov. 6, and if any of them will result in tragic outcomes.

his pink switchblade Big Grin

a ramping up of Democrat-Leftist violence as a would-be knife-wielding assailant attempted to assassinate Rudy Peters, the GOP candidate opposing Democrat Eric Swalwell. Despite the attack being precipitated by an anti-Trump rant, the motive of the assailant, identified as one Farzad Fazeli still remains a mystery. At least the members of the Fourth Estate Fifth Column are on the case. At no time during Erin Burnett's extensive interview with Swalwell did she inquire as to his reactions to the attempted murder of his opponent.

Meanwhile a Loopy Ocasio-Fiasco loving Democrat Socialist threatened to shoot up a MAGA event at a Trump Hotel. So, NRA supporter. And to round out the field we have a PJ Media contributor and Fox News guest commentator D.C. Macallister receiving death and rape threats against her and her family for the unpardonable sin of Tweeting out an anti-abortion message. I guess she needs to be banned for her own safety.

Really, what more is there to say about this? When the media and political elite gin up and foment hatred and insurrection against a duly elected President, when elected officials vow to "resist," not cooperate or even violate the law and their oaths to uphold the Constitution, and when a former President of the United States repeatedly urged his followers with practically invisible rhetorical oratory "to bring guns to a knife fight" and get in the faces of opponents, this is the result, just as the mass shooting that nearly killed Steve Scalise, the beat-down administered to Rand Paul, the bike locks to the head, the rushing of stages at campuses, the rioting and on and on and on.

It is apparent that the Democrat-Left-Media complex will now stop at nothing to regain its power they see as stolen from them in 2016. Beyond the midterms, if they ever regain power again then I really think all bets are off. For now, the beatings will continue until morale improves and we plebes get our minds right. What a sad turn of events. But that said, this truly is what change looks like. It's not pretty. Considering the brainwashing of at least three generations of American youth, it's to be expected. In any case, the aftermath of the first Tuesday in November is going to be interesting to say the least.

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible."
