As Timdogg wrote above,

Rick Scott filed a complaint against Susan Bucher (Palm Beach Supervisor of Elections)

the complaint stated that Bucher refused to allow any witnesses of any party when the physically damaged ballots were manually converted to a new ballot.

Similarly 1500 faxed-in military ballots needed to be converted to a ballot. Again without allowing witnesses from either party.

Also Bucher did not allow the Palm Beach County Canvassing Board to determine the valid votes from a portion of the "overvoted" and "undervoted" absentee ballots. Bucher made the determination herself but it is the Canvassing Board that has the authority to do that.

Not one of those ballots should count. And every single person associated with elections in Palm Beach and Broward Counties should be arrested, prosecuted and jailed for life. They've now slipped beyond retarded at this point.

Where the ballots republican? Could have been an attempt to get remove republican votes.

At this time there is no way of knowing the correct count of any of the ballots from these counties. The closest to fair would be to void all ballots.
Its doesn't matter what they are. They were not maintained under any level of control, so there is no way to guarantee vote tampering didn't take place. They're invalid.

Have we seen any reports that there were actually ballots in the box found in the rental car?

Certainly suspicious though.

With, subsequently, tens of thousands of disenfranchised voters.

The whole election should be thrown out and done over.

given even in 'simple urine samples' of forensic CDL substance testing requires unbroken chain of custody....

it continues to look like

2) DNC wants to play by ONE rule: WIN is that rule.

They had pissed off protesters outside the Broward elections office yelling "Lock her up". Can you imagine what would happen if they overturned both the governor and the senate races? Where do I start the "Burn this MF'r down" chant"?

i have got two reason why i don't want him to win Florida,

1. he is a Skum Bag
2. he is a Democrat

Talks too much, makes empty promises, trying to play the Obama race card and i think like Paul Ryan, he think he has a shot at the Presidency.

Plenty of reports that the boxes just contained supplies; not ballots.

Supplies usually aren't kept in boxes with security seals. "Plenty of reports" are obviously incorrect.

Blank ballots were found in the boxes. Any rational explanation for that?

And that would be the same Broward County Sheriff who lied about Parkland School Shooting and basically enable the shooter through his department's policies of covering up crimes on school property.

Why does the POTUS have to comply with edicts about immigration executive orders from a Circuit court judge,

but a County Supervisor of Elections can thumb her nose at a County Judge's order to comply with election law?

This is a serious question. What are the differences in enforcement and penalties for non-compliance?

Election Fraud Expert: Broward County’s Brenda Snipes ‘Found Ballots’ in 2012 Too

Broward County, Florida election official Brenda Snipes — who is continuing to find new ballots in the recent statewide midterm elections for Governor and the U.S. Senate — was previously accused of finding ballots after an election in 2012.

Government Accountability Insititute (GAI) research director Eric Eggers exclusively told SiriusXM Patriot’s Breitbart News Tonight‘s Senior Editor-at-Large Rebecca Mansour that Snipes allegedly “found ballots” following an election in 2012.

Eggers said:

She’s also been accused of illegally opening ballots. The Florida GOP sued her for this and when they brought her to court, they said ‘Hey, your office is opening ballots outside the presence of the canvassing board … what’s your explanation?’ And again, the woman in charge of elections in Florida’s second most populous county argued she thought it was okay because her office didn’t understand the meaning of the word ‘canvassing.’ [Emphasis added]

This is also not the first time that her office has just found ballots. There was actually a canvassing official back in 2012 that complained that heading into a weekend, they were told there were about 150 votes left to be counted and then Monday morning, well actually there are about 950 votes still to go. [Emphasis added]

Eggers said there is “clearly an organized effort to manipulate and alter outcomes,” noting that in Miami-Dade County, about 108 provisional ballots were eliminated in the midterm election because they were from individuals who had voted twice.

In a recent piece for Breitbart News, Eggers reviewed Snipes’ history of allowing illegal aliens and felons to vote in elections in Broward County, along with her destroying of ballots.

Jeb Bush Calls For Broward County Election Official To Be Removed From Post

We haven't heard from Jeb Bush since he was being trounced by Donald Trump in the 2016 Republican presidential primaries, but he's back and weighing in on politics.

The former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush is calling for Broward County Supervisor of Elections Brenda Snipes to be removed from her position.

"There is no question that Broward County Supervisor of Elections Brenda Snipes failed to comply with Florida law on multiple counts, undermining Floridians’ confidence in our electoral process," Bush wrote on Twitter. "Supervisor Snipes should be removed from her office following the recounts."

Bush, a Republican, has a long history with Snipes. He appointed her to her current post when he was governor after suspending Miriam Oliphant in November 2003 for what he called "grave neglect, mismanagement and incompetence."

And Snipes has had numerous problems, the Sun Sentinel reported.

-- A court ruled she had broken election law when she destroyed ballots from the 2016 election 12 months after it, instead of the 22 months required by federal law.

-- A medical marijuana amendment was left off some ballots in 2016.

-- Election results in the 2016 primary were posted on the elections office’s website before polls closed, another violation of election law.

-- In 2012, almost 1,000 uncounted ballots were discovered a week after the election

-- In 2004, some 58,000 mail-in ballots were not delivered to voters, leaving election officials to scramble to send new ones.

Just like in 2000, when Florida's vote led to a 36-day recount in the presidential race, there have been many problems with tabulating ballots cast on Nov. 6. A statewide recount is underway amid news of irregularities. One county revealed it had allowed some hurricane-displaced voters to cast their ballots by email — a violation of state law. Another had to restart its recount after getting about a quarter finished because someone forgot to push a button," the Associated Press reported.

"State law requires a machine recount in races where the margin is less than 0.5 percentage points," the AP said. Right now, Republican Rick Scott leads Democratic incumbent Bill Nelson by 0.14% in the U.S. Senate race. In the governor’s race, the tally right now shows Republican former Rep. Ron DeSantis leading Democratic Tallahassee Mayor Andrew Gillum by 0.41%.

Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) also urges the dismissal of Snipes. "She has shown she’s incapable of conducting a large and important election in a way that inspires public confidence and trust," he told Politico. "She’s been found to have destroyed ballots, in violation of the law. Opened absentee ballots early, in violation of the law. Misprinted ballots that have gone out."

Trump has also criticized the process. "When will Bill Nelson concede in Florida? The characters running Broward and Palm Beach voting will not be able to 'find' enough votes, too much spotlight on them now!" he wrote Tuesday on Twitter.
