Thanks. It’s not my decision to make, but it is a never-ending mystery to me why so many supposed supporters of law and order here are eager to see incarcerated violent criminals being able to commit more crimes while in prison.

Despite having a very solid case with video of the attacks, the prosecutors pled him out to one misdemeanor charge and he got 3 years of probation . No jail time.

Fucking infuriating. If the right were the riotng type like th eleft, Berkeley streets would be on fire right about now. But we're not the rioting type.

But this violence is only going to get worse if the thugs keeping getting a pass from the criminal justice system and encouragement from the commie politicians.

Leftist prosecutor likely condoned and approved of the bike lock attack and thats what we get. Drop the felonies, plead to a misdeameanor.
