Not much 4k content available for the latest TV's.
The picture quality is going to be directly proportional to the source.
Some new TV's come with good picture out of the box, but most can be greatly improved with manually calibrating it for your environment.

I agree with everything above except for the 4k content not being available. Sure, it is not nearly as much as the HD content, but I have watched the US Open (golf) in 4k, the Masters I believe as well. We also watch 4k Blu-Rays now, Amazon has 4k content, and so does NetFlix and DirecTV. It's there, and it looks amazing. |
