David WI'm torn about attending Roger Waters concert...
I have already bought my ticket months ago and now I found out he has a lot of anti Trump propaganda in his show. What do you guys think?
Why can't entertainer stay the hell out of politics and do their job? Billy Joel says he makes a conscious effort to avoid discussing politics in public because he sees himself as an entertainer, first and foremost, and doesn’t think it’s appropriate to tell people what to think.
Would you stay home or go?

ZSMICHAELI would go. Many entertainers have liberal attitudes and strange political views. As long as I am not subjected to that during the performance, it is not a problem.

Waters said he has no regrets about turning parts of his 2 1/2-hour performance into what the CNN host described as just "as much an anti-Trump rally as a rock concert."
Donald Trump is not a politician, he is a leader, politicians are a dime a dozen, leaders are priceless. July 16, 2017, 06:07 PM

muzzleloaderyeah, would probably ruin it for me. I've seen Rufus Wainwright a couple times in Ann Arbor (yeah, tough crowd there). Last time GWB was in the white house and all Rufus had to say was he thought Bush was the devil (in a gay lisp). Wow, standing ovation. Such brilliant political observation. Couple standing ovations to end, but I'm sitting on my ass just waiting for it to be over. The things you do for love.

bald1I'd have a extremely hard time trying to enjoy the music when it is being polluted with libtard bullshit.
Of course at my age it is an easy choice regardless. I never would have bought the tickets. Concerts aren't for septuagenarians!

With Waters, I would have a big problem.
I generally don't have a issue with an entertainer's political vote, their personal views, etc. What I do have a problem with are the leftist entertainers that try to insert themselves into policy making, as if they themselves are important world leaders.
And I have a problem with entertainers that bring their warped political views and make it part of the show for those who buy tickets to their shit. This is precisely what Waters did for this tour; he made the bashing of Trump as part of his art, as part of his concert. Here is a sample:
I like music as much as the next guy, but fuck Waters. I wouldn't pay a dime into his pocket.
