If they cannot maintain the posted speed limit, they must pull off the road and not impede the progress, in any way, of a motorist. If they fail to pull over, and the motorist collides with them, it is the bicyclists fault. I understand checks. There is no need to write checks at a checkout. I write one, at the most two, checks a month. Every bank account has a debit/ATM card linked to it, every store has a card terminal. But unless they're paying with a jar full of loose coins, I don't understand cash. | |||
