wow , their doesn't seem to be a market for for velcro patchs for that application. I found key chains visors,gloves and on and on , but no velcro patchs. there are places that will custom embroider them for you, but bonnie says that that will be $35-40 bucks each.  do they have to be velcro ? sporting goods stores get peel and stick insignias all the time . great for Naugahyde, but not cloth. you could apply velcro to these : http://www.cafepress.com/+save...34817-pid-1929376447  Safety, Situational Awareness and proficiency.
