The cops in Brazil don't play. And while these are certainly satisfying to watch, there aren't enough cops to adequately thin the herd. I can't help thinking that maybe there would be much less violent crime in Brazil if the law abiding were allowed to carry. The budget should be balanced, the Treasury should be refilled, public debt should be reduced, the arrogance of officialdom should be tempered and controlled, and the assistance to foreign lands should be curtailed lest Rome become bankrupt.
