But I’m interested in what everyone thinks about what China is up to in regard to current events.

Working overtime to avoid taking responsibility for a virus outbreak that not only makes them look irresponsible but unduly secretive, backwards, ignorant and incompetent as well.

It's extremely odd to me that the media is portraying China's massive handouts of masks and other aid - particularly to Italy - as a means of increasing China's influence through "soft" diplomacy when China's basically trying to find a way to avoid thoroughly pissing off everyone about the world-wide crisis China created but without having to take responsibility, apologize, or compensate the rest of the world for the harm that China has caused.

China is trying to "save face".

In my opinion they are just trying to create as much pain and chaos as possible to knock down our economy a bit. Slow us down...

Maybe a few shenanigans in the Pacific Rim for good measure.

No real endgame spy shit...just being typical "hate America" assholes.

I'm not a fan of China. They are evil. I hope the world makes them pay for this, and we snap to and bring our manufacturing home.
