a cpa, may not be what you need.

From an industry standpoint what you are asking for would be a tax attorney. There are many tax attorney's that are also cpa's. A few the other way around also.

In the US people tend to mistake CPA for all things related to accounting and taxes. They can do it, but is like a roofer doing a dry wall job. THey understand the idea, can muddle through it yet it is not the same as a dry wall guy hanging sheetrock.

As for how I know, I am married to a CPA, and have done the taxes for the last 12 years.
