I've lost both Mom and Dad, it was rough, I miss them!!! I can say that the hurt lessens day by day, slowly. My prayers go out to you and your family for comfort from this tragedy.

Kansas and thanks

I'm no where near Kansas, but I am a sympathetic ear. Email is in profile.

May the blessings of God Almighty fall upon you like a gentle rain and bring you peace. May he welcome your mother into his loving arms, and in his wisdom and grace, grant her eternal life in paradise.

I will pray for you both.

I am so sorry for the loss of your mom. We will always be here for you.

But there can be no impeding our intentions or our dispositions. Because we can accommodate and adapt. The mind adapts and converts to its own purposes the obstacle to our acting.

The impeding to action advances action.

Sorry for your loss.

"It did not really matter what we expected from life, but rather what life expected from us. We needed to stop asking about the meaning of life, and instead to think of ourselves as those who were being questioned by life – daily and hourly. Our answer must consist not in talk and meditation, but in right action and in right conduct. Life ultimately means taking the responsibility to find the right answer to its problems and to fulfill the tasks which it constantly sets for each individual." Viktor Frankl, Man's Search for Meaning, 1946.
