BREAKING: Top Democrat Resigns After Disturbing Discovery

How many cases of sexual assault and child pornography will Democratic politicians collect this year — who knows? Between leftist politicians and their backers in Hollywood, these last few months have been disturbingly revelatory.

One more can be added to the list. Pennsylvania Democrat Philip Ahr was slapped with child porn and abuse of children charges last month, forcing him to step down from the Radnor Township Board of Commissioners.

Pennsylvania Democrat faces child pornography charges
In September, a police investigation uncovered hundreds of photos and videos Ahr sent and received under the name “DaddyX” and “Daddy XX.” District Attorney Jack Whelan announced that Ahr has been charged with 10 counts of child porn distribution, 50 counts of child porn possession and 60 counts of criminal use of a communication facility.

According to a statement from the D.A.’s office, investigators recovered content that depicted abusive acts of children, some involving animals. When Ahr submitted his work iPad, officials found yet more disturbing content involving infants, toddlers, and multiple children under age 13.

They also found more than 1,000 web links to child porn on Excel spreadsheets. These links accessed “over 500 images and videos of child pornography, namely minor children being sexually abused by adult males and females … and children posed in sexually explicit positions.”

His preliminary hearing is scheduled for November 30. It is unclear how much time he could serve in prison, but Whelan believes that if Ahr is convicted he could face “significant” jail time.

Who is Philip Ahr?
Philip Ahr is a married father of two children. In addition to being head of the Radnor Township Board of Commissioners, he was employed as a marketing director at Progressive Business Publications, a marketing firm.

After the charges were made public, the company issued a memo and placed him on a leave of absence.

Ahr volunteered as a mentor at the Cook-Wissahickon School program, a local elementary school. He was partnered with various at-risk pupils and took field trips with children, and acted as a mentor for them.

Reportedly, Ahr’s arrest comes after another member of the Radnor Board of Commissioners was detained. William Spingler, president of the board, was arrested on charges of sexual assault of a person with a mental disability and groping the breast of his 103-year-old mother-in-law at a nursing home.

Several Democrats are currently facing multiple sexually-related criminal charges.

The most high profile case involves New Jersey Democratic Senator Robert Menendez, who is alleged to have had sexual relations with underage prostitutes. Another involves Wall Street mogul, Jeffrey Epstein, who allegedly had inappropriate relations with underage girls.

Having any such conduct with the mentally ill, or kids, assault, and such, should make you an instant candidate for the Wood. Chipper. Now. Sometimes I think the Wood Chipper is the only cure for this level of sickness.

Apparently it's pretty tough. Seems like almost every week on the news - just the local news, mind you - I hear about another perv teacher or coach or whatever being accused of this crap. I think some of the accusers are bullshit "me-too's" hoping to cash in on a settlement. But unfortunately, where there's smoke there's usually some fire. And yeah, a wood chipper or noose is probably the only cure for it.

This is what I believe too. The 24 hour news cycle and social media has just become a better conduit for the stories (especially at the national level).

Ummm, that's my township. Where I live and work.

And I heard nothing about that story until reading this thread. Nothing in the Philadelphia Inquirer that gets delivered to work every day (at least that I saw), nothing from coworkers, etc.
