I have. I placed one order back in 2017. No issues. I got several of the Seleccion Robusto samplers and Montecristo #2s. The cigars shipped in about a week and got to me without issue. I'd order again if I saw something I wanted.

I switched to ihavana earlier this year and had no issues.

Ronin,
Cellophane on or not will not effect future value.

So I just have to ask...

Is a Montecristo Gran Piramides Limited Edition 2017 going for $176.25 a pop really that much better than say a $10.50 Montecristo Double Corona?? I realize the purchase of a box of Gran Periamides for $3,525 would be for EXTREMELY rare and celebratory occasions and probably best stored in its own humidor, but WOW! Eek

Not for me. Some cigar guys chase cigars like that for bragging rights. I'm not sure how many of those actually get smoked. Most disappear into a collection.

I'd also be very worried about authenticity on the secondary market. Lots of fakes in the rare and hard to find cigar world.

Not having smoked one, I'm going to go with a big fat NO.

I can tell the difference between a bottle of Night Train, a $20 bottle and a $40 bottle of wine, but above that level my palate is just not sophisticated enough.

I am sure that extends to cigars. It is for show off purposes only.

Snowy, cold and wet night here in the tropics of Michigan. Celebrating surviving another week (like I do most Saturday nights) with a Davidoff Churchill and a couple fingers of Jefferson's Ocean.

This stick is a bit above my normal price point but their cigars along with sister label Avo are a really nice treat now and then.
